I finished my therapy session this week and thought to myself,

“I think it’s time to take a break.”

So, I emailed my therapist to let him know, and he was supportive. 

Often when we get into therapy or personal development, we are looking for an improved version of ourselves. But if we are always looking for an improved version of ourselves, when do we get to enjoy who we currently are?
