Guess who also learned a lot about how to do better and wants to share it with you?? ALSO THIS GUY!

First I am going to give myself some grace (did you know you could do that?). I am still working out my sleep, and sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and screen time helps me get back to sleep. One of the things I started to do in order to sleep through the night, which I have now done twice in a week!, is to hop in a sauna. If your gym has one, or maybe even getting a portable one, I highly recommend it. 15–20 minutes tops and it takes the starch right out of you.
One of the reasons I didn’t have success was because I removed screen time without a plan. So my brain is just like
