“What would it look like if I believed that I deserved that advice too?”

I applied this to myself last week, and even though I made myself roll my eyes because I knew I was interrupting my normal patterns…it really did work.

When I zoomed out and looked at what I’ve been working on over the last 8 weeks, I realized there was a common denominator in most of it: stopping negative thought patterns within myself. So why not go after that directly?
