My new morning routine challenge

LET’S GROW
I just finished a 21-day challenge focused on diet and exercise. It felt SO GOOD to accomplish that goal. Now, I want to shift to taking control of my morning. I want to make sure I am setting myself up to have a successful day. This will be ESPECIALLY helpful to my ADHD friends. Here is what I am going to do –maybe you can do this challenge with me!
