LET’S GROW
In a recent therapy session, we were talking about procrastination. My therapist asked me what kind of procrastinator I think I am. I had no idea there were different procrastination types. My homework was to read about the 6 types and identify which one I am. I’ve listed them below, for you, along with some questions you can ask yourself to see which one might resonate with you.

🤖 1. The Perfectionist : Perfectionists procrastinate because they fear their work won’t meet impossibly high standards. They often get stuck over-editing or refining details, which delays progress.
