Hey Friends, usually around now people are making resolutions for the year, but I have figured out what I would rather have.

A theme

The theme for me is choosing myself. This is a concept I have spoken about before, but I have a very different relationship with it now. Often when hearing about choosing yourself, you hear about doing things for yourself that feel good, but I want to talk about the hard part of it too. I am going through this right now, and I appreciate the moment to get personal about it.
