I am not someone who grew up meditating. I never fully understood how to do it or the point of doing it. When I started breathwork, it regulated me in a way I didn’t think was possible. Just like anything else, it takes consistent practice to see the results. Here are some beginner tips, along with some non-traditional ways to meditate.
