How to improve your life
in a way that sticks
LET’S GROW
Last week I talked about a 21-day challenge that I had recently completed. To be clear, I am still proud of myself for accomplishing this goal – but the challenge is that it wasn’t sustainable. I was very sick last week and I fell right back into poor habits.
As we move into the new year, let’s learn TOGETHER how to have more lasting success when making positive change in our lives. Before I get into it, I want to validate that change is HARD, but that’s one of the reasons it’s so rewarding.
